For whoever runs it
The money, from the door to the treasury
Entry fees, what comes off the top, the euchre jar, the payouts, and what the club keeps.
- 1
Set what it costs and how many places pay
Tick Track the money when you set the tournament up, then type the entry fee and how many places pay out.

Players you expect is optional. Type a number and the pot is estimated for that many, which is useful for what you advertise. The real pot is whoever is ticked Paid at the door.
- 2
Take money off the top, and add a side pot
Treasury, raffle, charity, the house: tick a line and type its amount, and it comes out of the pot before the places are paid.

Side pots are extra prizes, like a Loner pot for the most loners made. Their money comes out of the pot or is paid at the door.
- 2A
The Paired Partners Side Pot
Tick Paired Partners Side Pot and type its amount. Round one pairs the strongest with the weakest by placement average; the pairs never play together again, but their scores are added up, and the highest pair wins it.

A separate example: the tournament in the rest of this guide did not have one. It needs one finished tournament to rank on, and it is not offered on a doubles tournament.
- 3
Charge for euchres
Tick Collect euchre money and type what each euchre costs. The players' scorecards then count euchres, and the jar goes to last place or back into the pot.

The sum under it is the whole setup in one place: the pot, everything off the top, and what is left for the places.
- 4
Take the money at the door
At the Check in Station, tick Paid as each player hands over their entry fee. The pot fills as you go.

Collected on paper? Mark everyone paid, in the Bulk menu, does the whole list in one press.
- 4A
A side pot paid at the door
A side pot that is paid for at the door, on top of the entry fee, gets its own button under each player at the Check in Station, marked optional. Tick it for each player who buys in; the count underneath says how many are in.

That money is not taken out of the pot: the pot, the places and the treasury are unchanged, and the side pot holds only what the players who bought in paid for it.
- 5
Shape the payouts
The places start as an even split. On the Money tab, change any amount so more goes to the top, and tell the players before the first hand.

Two players tied share the places they cover and split the total.
- 6
The euchre jar
Every euchre the players enter adds to the jar. At the end it goes to last place, the booby, or back into the pot, whichever you chose at setup.

The cup does not match the app? For example, if the app counts $23 and the cup holds $22, enter $22 in Counted in the cup, and that amount is what the jar pays out. Clear the box and it goes back to the app's count.
- 6A
The raffle winner
The raffle is drawn separately, so the app does not pick the winner: on the Money tab, the Raffle card is where you record who won it and what they took.

More than one winner? Add each of them. Their shares cannot add up to more than the raffle holds.
- 6B
Who won the Loner pot
The Side pots card works out the Loner pot from the loners made, all five tricks, and shows who took it and what each gets.

A tie splits it evenly. To break the tie by your club's own rules, press Record who took it and choose the winner.
- 7
Who collected money
Once the last table is in, the Money tab works out who is paid what from the finishing order and your payouts.

A tie is split between the players. For example, if three players tie for 4th and 4th pays $21, each player gets $7. If it pays $22, each gets $7.33, and the extra penny goes to the treasury or can be moved anywhere else in the prize payouts. You can also break the tie on the Leaderboard tab: the scores stay as they are, and the money follows the new order. Breaking a tie, in pictures →
- 8
Prizes that weren't money
A gift card, a bottle of wine: at the foot of the Money tab, press Record a prize that wasn't money, pick who won it and say what it was.

It shows on the prize table and on the player's result, beside the money.
- 9
Check it balances
Does it balance? adds up everything that came in and went out. The last line is what the club is left holding, and anything left over goes to the treasury.

The club's tin under it carries the treasury from one tournament to the next.
- 10
What the players see
Every member can open the Prize table on the club page: what it cost to play, where the money went, and who won each place.

- 11
The club's treasury
Treasury, on the club page, keeps the club's books across every tournament and season: what came in, what was paid out, and the balance.
