The three important things to do as an admin

1. Sync with the club — after or during a tournament, from a computer, tablet or phone, so that the club’s board catches up. The button is on the dashboard, not on this page.
2. Back up everything — Sync merges data across devices; this saves a file on your own disk. Do this often when you are making changes with players and tournaments. Below.
3. Recently deleted — put back a tournament or a season deleted by mistake. Below.

If you follow these, the odds are you will not need any of the other scenarios on this page — a device that has gone wrong, a new phone, a club’s copy to repair. Most admins never need any of it. Bringing your historical data in is the exception: that is a job of its own, and it is below too.
